"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"Rob has been cleaning the carpet forever- I trust him completely in my house- Very nice man."

"Fast, professional and absolutely perfect install of beautiful carpet and flooring!"

"We wanted our old fiberglass shower stall in our master bathroom replaced with new tiles on the shower floor and shower walls. Ethan did an excellent job and we're more than happy with the result. He was always punctual and courteous. He kept the work area neat and organized and very respectful of the other areas of our home. The work was done on time as scheduled and within the estimated budget. It was great working with him and I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a hard-working professional who does an excellent job."

"On time, excellent work . I would recommend Alex to anyone."

"Russell came out and committed to working on our tile project. We spoke Monday, he came out Tuesday. He started Wednesday and worked almost every day, including weekends, until the project was finished. His works was detailed, he understood our needs and design requirements and did them all as requested. In the ned we had him take on several other projects including a large slate floor install, laminate wood floors, porcelain walls and additional tiling. His work was/is outstanding and I'd hire him again without hesitation."
