She had had past negative experiences with two other local so-called “landscaping” companies, who only wanted to mow and dump weedkiller so they could go on to multiple other jobs the same day, but charged almost as much as Doug. After that, the meticulous and thorough work done by Doug and his four assistants (with NO weedkiller!) was very refreshing. They worked nearly nonstop for 7+ hours, and clearly were an experienced and well-coordinated crew. Did all work quoted, cleaned up all debris completely, and Mom’s place has never looked better! "We are so happy with everything Brandon and his team have done for our property. We originally hired him for mowing, but because his prices were so reasonable, we decided to take him up on a full overhaul of our entire landscaping, which was a huge undertaking. We have several large flower beds that were overgrown with weeds, tons of dead tree branches and limbs that needed to come down, and many other overgrown areas. He went above and beyond on everything, and truly brought our patio, landscaping areas, and multiple walkways back to life. We feel so much better looking out our windows to our beautiful yard and we have Brandon and his hardworking team to thank for that. The first time we called him, he had someone here mowing with 25 minutes of hanging up the phone. He shows up when he says he will show up, works until everything is done, and never tried charging extra for anything, even when encountering larger problems than anticipated. Just an overall very honest and hardworking crew. "Weather hampered getting the job done on time.  The work he did was excellent.  Michael is an incredibly nice guy to work with.
There were some misfires on communication on the job in what exactly needed to be done, which were not entirely his fault.
I would recommend his work as it is excellent.  I would also use him again, but make sure to itemize exactly what I want done to avoid confusion
