After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. Chris gave his honest opinion and was very forthcoming with all information. I'm happy to say we love the result of our home and made two new friends in the process."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I would highly recommend Nick and his crew for a kitchen or bath remodel as well as any carpentry work. We originally hired Nick for a kitchen remodel which involved removing a wall, installing a beam and cabinets along with some plumbing and electrical work. We liked his work so much we had him tear out and build a shower in our master bath and install a small shower in our half bath. We were very impressed by his work and knowledge and when we asked for changes/or additions his pricing was fair and he tries to accommodate our wishes. It seems like he can do it all - electrical work, plumbing, tiling, build walls and doors, installing cabinets - and everything was done very well. "Our experience with King Construction, LLC, was excellent in
all regards. Mr. King returned our initial phone call within a matter of hours.
He and his masonry supervisor met with us the next day. They gave us a cogent
and credible worst-case scenario for what structural problems we would find and
how they would proceed to repair it. They provided a detailed work scope and
estimate within two days (including having backtracked to find the original
brick supplier and confirm availability of materials). Their estimate was not
the lowest, but it was the most credible and offered a maximum worst-case
limit. We accepted the estimate.
Work was started on time and was completed on schedule. The
work crew was on time every scheduled work day, worked extremely hard and
effectively, and were very careful about not damaging brickwork that was not in
scope and general care in maintaining cleanliness of the work site.
The masonry supervisor visited the work site daily and Mr.
King visited very frequently. When we requested a last minute change to the
brick landing pattern, agreement was reached within and hour, the plan was
modified and work proceeded in a timely manner with no additional change cost.
We highly recommend King Construction, LLC, for major
construction projects ? from repairs and renovations to original home
construction. We were extremely pleased with the entire project and association
with the team.

"Alex arrived on schedule and we reviewed the prioritized list of tasks I had created. He was excellent at communicating issues, like a busted heat sensor on a can light fixture and a compatibility problem with my TV mounts. In the case of one of the mounts, he even disassembled the mount to make it easier for me to return. Alex was also good at pointing out design concerns (e.g. - a can light a little too close to a fan) and proposed an alternative setup. Finally he went out of his way to be fair regarding how he was billing for his time and services. These days I am usually content to find a contractor who is either technically skilled or provides good customer service--it's often one or the other. But Alex exemplifies both of these qualities. I intend to entrust as much work to him as possible."

"Bad you did not perform service, because claim adjuster lied to me first email said my out side until cover and I have to pay inside coil which is about $1500 which was fine. After few days she called me said I have pay $3500 and my warranty cover only $1500 which was lie I’m not happy with claim adjuster, I called customer service to find out my air coverage it was fals statement from claim adjuster, I have your warranty at least more then 5 years and I had no problem your customer service is very good I recommend several my friends and family members who has choice home warranty"
