His work was great and completed and his work ethic is very professional. We had to have fascia installed around my Mother's home (3,000 sq/ft) replace and install new columns (4 - 16" Columns), replace all gutters and replace rotten wood. He kept a photo journal of his daily work for us which I thought was very professional. We have more work for him in the near future and he will be the man doing it. Long story but it is not easy finding someone like this these days."

He removed the old windows that were mortared into the brick walls of my home with little to almost zero debris collecting in my home. Installed the new Windows and sealed them really well. "Ray Rainwater and his crew are very professional, trustworthy & faithful to his words. They replaced rotten posts on porch & shed, and replaced & painted rotten fascia boards, installed new metal door with a pet door on shed, & built new double-doors on the shed. In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy. They worked with us thru Covid, two hurricanes, and Ray’s fall from someone else’s roof. They cleaned up any mess they made and left the area clean. We have gained a friend as well with Ray.
