They replaced rotten posts on porch & shed, and replaced & painted rotten fascia boards, installed new metal door with a pet door on shed, & built new double-doors on the shed. In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
