I had a lot of water damage on one portion of my house that was unseen during the original quote. Carlos stopped work showed me the issues and gave me a quote for that work that was fair. Carlos was on site every day to check the work his crew was doing, answer any questions I had and give me an update on progress. Not only would I recommend Carlos to friends and family, I already have him hired for another job I need done and will use him for any carpentry, painting or other house work I need done. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. "Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"
