"Spoke with Rob via phone, and scheduled a visit. Rob appeared 10 mins early, and telephoned prior. Quickly identified an issue with the automatic water feed not being fed, vs recommending replacement of a working part. Replaced sight glass and flushed system. Replaced the entire water gauge system on secondary system. Cost was reasonable, work performed proficient, parts used seemingly high quality. Rob is very sociable and able to hold a conversation whilst performing work as well. Would highly recommend."

"I called Viscarello Plumbing and Heating when I had a leaking water heater. Chris looked at the job and recommended a very efficient tankless water heater. I decided to make the investment. Chris and crew installed my tankless. Now, showers never run cold-hot water on demand. I use less water- warms water up so much quicker in my 110y/o house. In July, with tankless system running sinks, shower and washer, my gas bill was $20! I also really like the way the tankless was mounted on the wall. We gained more space without the old water heater in the way. Best of all- nice neat work, no leaks and no mess. Since then, Viscarello Plumbing has plumbed my new kitchen, laundry room, replaced old pipes and replaced radiator valves. Rates are average-but work is above average."

"A different company gave us a quote for $500 to clean the condenser and $2500 to recharge it to check for leaks, so we were dragging our feet. I decided to get another opinion and found Comfort Doctor. They were incredibly responsive and came the next morning. They cleaned the unit for $65 and recharged the unit right then and there with 1 lb of refrigerant. Now it is working great for ~$300. The technician gave us recommendations as if it were his own home and said the quick and inexpensive fix is where you should start. We might not need to do the more expensive leak-check at all unless the system continues to leak substantially."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"John is hands down the best plumber I?ve dealt with. I had a frozen pipe and after calling multiple plumbers who couldn?t identify the issue or offered zero real help, John came through immediately. He showed up the same day I called, quickly found the problem, and had everything fixed within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. After a stressful situation and a lot of wasted time with other companies, John made the whole process easy and painless. I wouldn?t hesitate to call him again and will be recommending him to everyone I know."

"Excellent professional plumber I recommend him with highest skill for any complications issues"

"Milltown was exceptionally responsive (before, during and after) the work was performed. Across the Milltown organization, they were responsive to my questions about water heater selection; Mike was responsive and a partner in selecting the best location for the new unit and after, Milltown and Mike were immediately responsive when part of the unit was not operating as expected. Milltown is a solid organization that takes pride in their work."

"Peter and Sheila were outstanding and went over and above what we expected in assisting us in dealing with a serious water service problem to our old house. I would certainly recommend and would use them again."

"I would highly recommend Damaso Plumbing. My water heater was leaking and had let go. I called Brian at 7 am and they were here at my house at 8:15 am with a brand new gas water heater. He was very professional and they were extremely neat with the job. He had given me an estimate over the phone and charged me exactly what he quoted which I really appreciated. Great Job!"
