Rick is very professional and was a pleasure to work with from proposal thru completion. As an Architect I am trained to look for the smallest of imperfections in construction. It’s been five days since the install and I have not been able to find any. Divine did a first class job. The project started ahead of the estimated schedule and completed in less than six hours. I will definitely contact Divine for future work. "

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
