"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"Wonderful! The were very clean, even blowing the sidewalks clear of the leaves when they didn't have to.Extremely pleased and satisfied."

"Everything had been installed correctly.  I was very happy with the result obviously.  They were also very polite, calm and very responsive. They did look over the roof and noticed that there were a bunch of tiles missing but it will not cause a leak."

"Premier, especially Pete Welsh, was a dream to work with. He made the process very easy and explained how everything would work. He was very prompt with coming to meet us or answering any calls or questions. Even went above and beyond to personally come back after the project to do 2 other small fixes unrelated to their roof repair. The roofers we're very nice and immediately cleared a path in the driveway when my wife needed to back out of the garage while they were working. I've gotten multiple compliments about how great my new roof looks and how quick and professional the crew was just within this first week. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone who asks. Can't beat getting a quality new roof covered by insurance. Many thanks to Pete, he's the man!"

"I've used Thermal Quality for the past 16 years on many projects (windows, doors, siding, gutters) and they have always been the best! They care about their service, stand behind their products and offer a competitive price. Can't go wrong with Kevin, Fran, Mitch and the rest of the crew!"

"Excellent service. Very happy with my new roof! I strongly recommend using this company if you need a new roof!"

"After the last snow storms, some of the gutters in my home suffered under the weight on the  snow.  Additionally, I was getting water inside my mudroom (which till them, I had tried many ways to find out where it was coming from).  Mr. Benson arrived to work and finished in one day.   It was involved since he had to take off the mud room gutters in order to replace some siding (which finally stopped the leak!!).  The gutters were repaired and sealed and I was a very happy customer.  I need to state that Mr. Benson does is kind, to-the-point and the quality of his work is outstanding....and that is why I have him on my list to re-hire."
