"This was the second company I'd called off of Angie's List for a simple job of securing a ridge vent that had blown partly off of our roof. The first company was going to charge $99 just to come out and take a look, plus parts and labor thereafter. Pete from Premier Siding & Roofing came out to look with no fee for the estimate, arrived promptly within the half-hour window they'd given me on the phone, and had the problem diagnosed (with photos) and fixed (nailing down and caulking) within an hour or hour and a half, tops. After a lot of anxiety about how much it would cost and how long it might take me to get estimates from various people, this was a great relief. We could probably have scheduled another day with him or gone elsewhere for a full replacement of the ridge vent, but that's not what we needed right now, and I was very pleased to have such a simple and cost-effective solution to a problem that could have gotten serious. I won't be afraid to call next time."

"Mitch, the president of the company, came out and measured three times to make sure the correct size door was ordered. The installer called me the week before to find an agreeable time for me to do the installation, as well as the night before to make sure the time still worked for me. The door actually came in earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after he was done. The door is excellent quality and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another thing to keep in mind they offered to come out and measure after I got home from work as well as actually install it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take off from work."
