When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. "I've hired them twice, first for the roof, second for siding. They weren't the absolute cheapest, but I'm more inclined to trust Amish owned businesses. Charge was exactly = to estimates. Roofing job, Amos actually moved up the scheduled date when a slot opened in his schedule so that was cool. Siding job there was a problem with the parts order, so I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for them to finish, but it bugged Amos so much that he drove to Maryland (I think? that, or Virginia) to get what he needed, and they finished the job the next day. Honored the workmanship warranty when I had to call one thing in. Communication isn't always the best, but it wasn't an issue."

"He came out and cleaned the gutters out. He was suppose to check out the roof. It was in the 90s and he said it was too hot and there was a risk of the shingles breaking off if he went up there, which I know to be true. But he never came back to check it. As for cleaning the gutters, he did a good job. As for as checking the roof, he didn't do anything."
