"Gustavo and Carlos came out on two separate occasions to provide estimates on a roof and windows replacement. They were always on time (in fact, they showed up early both times) and very knowledgeable about the products and the services to be performed. They took the time to walk us through the whole roof replacement process from start to finish so we would understand the different steps and materials used. They thoroughly explained what would happen and the befits of different roofing materials. Their pricing was competitive and they provided us with written estimates within a day or two."

"So here is how it goes... hail damage everywhere around me. I called another company to get it looked at and they let me know I had damage... I contacted my insurance company and they came out and DENIED me a claim... Insurance company told me I could have an adjuster come out a second time. but it might not be worth it because they would not really probably see anything different. Knowing the houses on both sides of me had damage and I could see visible damage on my roof since I had part of a shingle in by front flower bed, I knew my house had suffered hail damage. In my neighborhood, I had driven by some of the work of PREMIER SIDING AND ROOFING had done, so I gave them a call. Pete Welsh came out and inspected my house and shed and told me there was a lot of damage to both structures. After he pointed out the damage to me and let me know he would come out and take pictures so I could submit to the insurance company. He advised me to call my insurance company and ask for a second inspection and that he would meet the inspector. I called the insurance company, submitted Pete’s photos and set-up the second inspection. Pete met with the insurance inspector. After the appointment the insurance inspector called me and let me know that Pete and he did find quite a bit of damage to both structures and he would be getting the report together. Premier Siding and Roofing complete the work and did an EXCELLENT job. I have multiple compliments on my house and since then I believe some other home owner in my neighborhood have followed the same path after seeing the remarkable job on my house. My house and shed look amazing!!!!!!! They clean-up after themselves and the foreman answered all of my questions, the professionalism and workmanship from start to finish was excellent. I would defiantly recommended Pete and Premier Siding and Roofing Team for replacement roof and siding……hail damage or no hail damage….. "We needed to replace the existing basement windows to our home. The existing windows were metal framed, very old, and provided no insulation. So I called Thermal Quality in early August, 2015 and spoke with someone who took down all of the information and then had a representative Mike contact me within 1 day after calling.  Mike was able to come out to my house to look at the existing windows, offer window replacement options, and an estimate within a few days.  He was very professional - he provided me a folder with warranty information, window information, how the work would be done, and a full estimate.  He left his card and said to call with any questions.  Also, their estimate was very reasonable (especially compared to another competitor who was a lot higher).  I then called Mike back within a few days to move ahead with the work.  I was very impressed that he actually came back out in person so that I could sign the contract for the work and answer additional questions.  I was also very impressed when I got a call from Mike over the Labor Day weekend to inform me that my windows were ready only about 2 weeks after being ordered instead of the 4-6 week estimate given and their willingness to install the windows on Labor Day.  Tony came out and worked diligently to install the windows for us on the holiday and was very prompt, professional and courteous.  He did an excellent job and are new windows look great!  I would highly recommend Thermal Quality due to their promptness and professionalism.
