Small jobs welcome

"Had a few holes dug for posts, had rope strung to each post. Cut remaining fence for burning. Took away excess wood. Every step of the way they asked if it was sufficient to my requests. Very respectful. I will hire them again."

Small jobs welcome

"Adam and his team did an amazing job on completing a backyard fence for my family. He was hardworking and detailed with the work. Kept me updated through every step of the way from the permit process, ordering materials and check-ins as the build was happening. Our fence is great! He also completed a custom railing and gate to attach to our existing deck. Will definitely be using we do it all again for future projects. "

"So far, so good. The fencing was installed. Our dog had some anxiety after the system was turned up from training to regular level. The trainer at the next lesson was very helpful with ideas for making the dog comfortable and confident in the yard."

"A few months after my solar panels were installed, the software told me that one of the panels had failed.  Investigation revealed that a squirrel had built a nest under the panels on my roof.  ReVision energy came out and removed the nest and installed a hardware-cloth-based squirrel fence  in the space where the panels meet the roof. They were polite and took a day and a half to get it right. One of the workers accidentally broke a storm window.  However, they paid for the window and brought the frame to a hardware store.  I picked up the frame a week later and installed it myself.  I was satisfied and realize accidents happen. However, a squirrel came back a month later.  Apparently ReVision had missed a spot when installing the fence.  To be fair, it was a more complex job than it first appeared to be.  They came back and fixed the problem.  They wanted more money than I was comfortable paying, but we haggled a bit and came to a more reasonable price. From the onset they covered the cost of two panels and microinverters (since the squirrel had started to damage a second).  We disagreed about what might be covered under warranty, but in the end ReVision made some concessions and gave me a break."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Reading, VT

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
