"After viewing all the positive reviews from I selected Vera Roofing aind Construction previous customers. Oscar called immediately and then came out to see my roof and gave his advice on the state of my roof. I called my insurance on his advice and filed a claim. The insurance then sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. Oscar came and together they inspected my roof. Claim was passed to insurance company and was approved, however Oscar returned and found further damage and we filed an extended claim and it was approved. The work began with Oscar stopping by and steadily taking pictures of the progress. Job was completed and work was exceptional. On New Years day we noticed a small drip in our main bathroom. I immediately called Oscar. He was in Georgia for the holidays but he immediately contacted the office and they sent Cowboy Joey to inspect my leak. Later it was stopped temporarily. The following week Oscar returned and came to my home to inspect the damage. He immediately had a repair crew come and repair the damage which was not an issue with their work but a problem with rotted wood on my chimney. Leak was fixed permanently at no cost to me. "I had a leaking roof. Restored Roofing and Construction thoroughly inspected my roof and attic. They located and explained the leak using pictures. They also used pictures to show me other areas of my roof that were deteriorating, although not currently leaking. I was given a fair price to fix the leak and each of the other recommended repairs. Upon completion of the work, I was sent another set of pictures showing the problem areas before, after, and some during repairs. I cannot see the second story roof up close, but thanks to the many detailed pics, I feel confident in the service provided."
