"The install guys were fantastic.  Installed a system without knowing everything from the sales guy, but adapted and completed the install.  They pushed to upsell additional stuff during, but that was ok since it made it better. 
What should have been a one day install, became a 2 day job due to not having the right stuff due to some complexity, but they came back next day to finish.
