"There was a slow start because Mason had to go buy the materials for the job. Then on the second day when he was working late the electricy went out and he could not continue welding. By the 3rd day he and his helper finished and did a get job of cleaning up and removing all the construction debris. Everything looked like they had not even been there. There was no damaged grass or landscaping destroyed in the process. Even the chickens were happy. They did a great job of keeping the gates closed on the 3rd day of construction and no chickens escaped. <br />"

"We contacted Sanchez Fence about replacing the wooden fence around the back yard. The owner, Oscar, contacted me shortly after I submitted a work request on his website. He came to the house and provided us with a free estimate. He didn’t take any form of payment up front. He and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew was respectful of our property and that of the neighbors. The fence is beautiful; we even had them install a rail on the front steps. Oscar was responsive. No matter how busy, he texted or called back as quickly as possible. If we ever need another fence, we’ll be sure to call Sanchez Fence."

"Allied Fence had installed gates for us four years ago and did a great job. However, the hinges started locking up and the latches weren't working correctly anymore. I called them to get bids on fixing a few things including possibly straightening a few bent pickets. The original repair bid they sent me was a whopping $2110.00 while the original cost of installing a drive gate and a walk through gate was $2001.00 just four years ago. I scaled down the scope of repairs to just replacing the latches and hinges and they came down to $977.00 while they had let me know that the cost of the new hardware was around $180.00 in an earlier bid. I was disappointed that they wouldn't be more willing to do more affordable repairs for previous customers. Obviously I didn't proceed with the repair work."

ATX was more detailed in inspecting the old fence than other companies I got estimates from before creating their estimate. Estimate/price was fair. Work/craftsmanship/materials were excellent. Owner and crew were pleasant to deal with. You must be patient with communications as owner handles office and construction."
