"This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Friendly Tree - which says it all. They are reliable, professional, very accommodating/flexible to modify the tree work to my wishes as the job progresses. And their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. Job was pruning/thinning out 3 very large trees in my front yard and removal of 8 small junk trees at the back of my property - including removal of all the trimmed branches and removed trees. They clean up the area the work was done as though they were never there. I will use them again for certain."

"The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after.
