"Tim is such a gem. So easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. He is professional, efficient, fair, clear, and helpful. He did the whole job by himself and took extra care to make sure it came out exactly as we talked about. He is totally no-nonsense and every time there was something (no matter how small) that could increase the budget he made sure he asked before he went ahead. Can't wait to hire him again to do more on our house!"

"Don?t bother for yellow jackets or bees. Despite being ?professionals? they won?t remove trim or do anything to physically access and remove the nest, and will only treat the access point from the exterior. Could take 7-10 days to see improvement, maybe, despite being told 24-48 hours, and when you call back after no improvement it takes them another 3-4 days to schedule return visit. Save yourself the time and money and either do what they can do yourself, or call someone else who actually will remove and not just treat a nest. Not worth $30 let alone the $300 they charge. Amateurs as best."
