If that doesn’t solve the issue then I should consider a French Drain and sump pump on one side of the house and that would cost me around $3500. JES tried to make me sign a contract for 32k a couple of days ago and they wanted me to basically destroy the entire finished basement on top of it. "Hired this business. Gave David a check on August 7, 2025 for almost $14,000.00. The job was supposed to start on or about 10/6/2025. First he was held up on a previous job, which can happen, then he injured his ankle and couldn't work for a while. Through emails I asked if he would at least be able to start our project in January which he couldn't guarantee, so he stated that he was going to return things he purchased for our project and return the money we had paid him. Multiple emails and months later we are now 7 months from the original payment with no refund, no work done, and no more responses from David. BEWARE! Hire a different contractor if you don't want to be scammed. "
