They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. "Best Carpet Cleaning Service We've Ever Used!
We used Brian to clean the carpet on a rental house just yesterday.  My wife made the appointment.  Brian called her and told her he would be available earlier that afternoon, at 1:30pm.  He arrived right on time.  Brian was dressed professionally in a pressed uniform that was clean and spotless.  We took him through the house and he looked for any spots that needed pre-treatment prior to cleaning the carpet.  When he was done, the carpet looked amazing.  He was at the house for probably around 2  1/2 hours.  The house is close to 2,700 sf and probably 1,900 of it had carpeting.  The carpeting is about 9 years old.  He was methodical, took his time and did the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen.  Brian is the real deal.  He's courteous, professional and honest.  He wore booties afterwards (and gave us some too) so we could inspect the areas he had already cleaned.  The carpet looked about as good as it could look, like when if was first installed.  Brian deserves an 11 out of 10 rating!

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

"Well, it didn't take long to do it, but it did take long to dry. What I didn't like about it was the coupon was 56, but he put 605. It was only three areas. The carpet was saturated with it and when it dried there was an odor. He charged me taking the odor out. That's why the cost was up. He charged me for putting something down on the carpet. When it dried we still had to go buy carpet freshener and different things and vacuumed the carpet. It still left the odor for a long time. We had to do it twice after he had left. It took a day and a half to dry. When it actually dried we had to vacuum it again, and it still didn't look clean."

Company delivered material at agreed upon date and placed waste trailer in my double driveway so I could still get in and out one side of the garage. Work began the next day at stated time. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and well supervised. The work was completed the next day. My gutters, sidewalk and driveway were all washed down to remove any sand or dirt when roof was completed. All trash and excess material was picked up from around the house and a magnet tool was used to pick any stray nails. My Directv HD antenna was reset and adjusted to properly pick up signal."
