"Very disappointed with Tropix Remodels. I recently contracted with them for Swimming Pool Renovation and Repair. We saw many positive reviews from 2016 to 2019. There are issues with the mortar, grout, and flagstone coping repairs. There is a flagstone that was level, but now, after "repairs," it has a 3/4" gap. I told the Renovations Manager about these issues and pointed them out when he arrived at my house to collect the final payment. He refused to address my concerns. He insisted the job was complete and any issues would be addressed as warranty repairs after I made the final payment. But, he previously stated that discolored and cracked mortar, uneven flagstone coping, and the gap in the tile are not covered under warranty. I sent a punch list and received the response, "We Are Willing To Make all Warrantable Repairs, Only After Full Remaining Balance is Received." The work is not finished, and Tropix Remodels has refused to address the outstanding issues. Do not recommend!"

"My pool pump was replaced with a new variable speed motor. Technician Paul did a fantastic job replumbing the PVC piping and expertly installing the new pump. He also thoroughly explained how to operate the system. If you're having any pool issues, I highly recommend you consider hiring Hand Crafted Pool Care."

He shared some good ideas with us, which we used. He has an operations gentleman named Dearl Brewer, who is also fantastic at setting up and repairing the equipment. They were fair and reasonable in the pricing and delivered excellent quality work. I don't think you will find a better pool company than this. Believe me, I shopped the metroplex. If you don't use Luxe Laggon, you had better do your research. I found many companies out there that will take advantage of you. After the job, I could not be more pleased with Steve and his company. "Terrible company please do not use. This place is a scam. Do not pay half or full ahead of time. And the work is terrible and half rated. He took weed killer in his hand and threw it out and told me he saturated it. They do this all the time. And I told him there will be weeds. He assured me not. Had his guy come rebook. And then said he got it fixed. Now I have a lovely pool with weeds in bottom and he will not replace, answer or make it right. They dont shoe up on time or even same day when you schedule them. No one speaks English just worst experience of my life and they took advantage of single mom with disabled grandson that I wanted this for. So trying to find an honest pool installer."
