"When I initially submitted my work request via HomeAdvisor, I received multiple responses along with an offer to visit the site to provide a more realistic quote. The entire experience from scheduling an appt for the estimates to actually completing the job went so smoothly and professionally. Calvin and Sebastian were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional yet friendly and thorough with their job. They cleaned up well after their job as well and overall process couldn't have gone any better. I would highly recommend Calvin and Sebastian for any of your electrical needs."

"Dominic was very professional and had a good/fair price. Scheduling was easy and he gave us good recommendations on how to proceed and where to add our tesla charger. If I have any jobs that require an electrician in the future his company will be the first I will call."

"Everything went great. Chris took his time to get it 100% right and safe. We also had a couple of light boxes installed in our kitchen. This was our second time using OnTime electric and if/when the need for an electrician is needed we will only call them again. Great job."

"This company was awesome! They arrived exactly when promised and showed a true concern to do a quality job. This was not just installing a ceiling fan...it was in a bathroom, replacing a fan vent spot and required a trip in the attic to address the ductwork and block for the fan."

".The electrical service in this house dated to 1946. Start the vacuum cleaner and the lights would dim, that kind of thing. George gave me a price I liked and after securing the permit from the City he gave me a date when  the upgrade would take place. I've had George over for work in the past and this time he was every bit as good as he was the first time...maybe better. Everything that could go right, did go right. The work included a new high-rise service entry as well as a new ground rod and a whole bunch of new 20 amp circuit breakers. I'm very pleased.

"Blessed Electric did a fantastic job hanging our two pendant lights. The price was already excellent before we were given an additional discount after the job was done. I appreciated the punctuality, professionalism, and overall great work performed on our job. I will only select this company for all future jobs on our new home. Thank you."

"HD Paint & Home Remodeling LLC Was perfect in every way. From the initial consultation (which the others recommended by Angi failed to respond) to the quick and final product, HD Paint & Home Remodeling LLC went way beyond our expectations. The owner was on site the whole time and was available to answer question. We plan on having them do additional work."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Red-rock, TX

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
