"the cutting area was well done. they came when expected. the garage inside was a horrific chaos. there was all the debris from the driveway inside the garage all the way to the door to the house. Otherwise they were good. One disadvantage: the crew who does the work does not speak english when they come. owner does well but he is not present during the work."

"Hometown decking was amazing! They poured a concrete patio extension & came back to stain the old and new patio. Great Quality, communication, clean up & friendly staff. They did an amazing job, & Mike had the perfect fix for covering up blemishes that popped up when staining my old concrete. I highly recommend Hometown Decking, which is saying a lot as I am a very picky woman that grew up in a construction family and have high expectations. Thank you Hometown Decking!!!!!"

"I had a 35 ft + oak tree that damaged the roof whenever there is a storm as the wind was pushing the limbs onto the roof. trimming of the tree did not help solve the issue. The tree was located between my house and my neighbor's and distance is pretty narrow between the 2 houses , i called Sanchez and Sons to remove it as this really was a precision job to remove the tree without personal injury or without add damage to either house. Adam came on Friday to assess the situation , gave me a fair estimate based on the risks involved. The whole team came the following Wednesday. They did a great job. Not only they removed that oak but they also trimmed 2 other ones in the front yard. They cleaned very well the garden after the job. There was absolutely no debris left behind. This is a family run biz . They are very courteous, very customer oriented. They will explain in details how they proceed . I would recommend them to anyone who has tree challenge on their property because they do have both knowledge and equipment. thank you Adam and team Nathalie B. Austin"

"Cody was our serviceman and he did a great job. He analyzed our system; replaced the old sprinkler controller; checked all of the watering zones and sprinkler heads; repaired a broken head that had been buried by the COA during a sidewalk installation in front of our house; and showed us how to program the new controller. Cody was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about lawn sprinkler systems. I would call on this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone. Great service!"

"I wrote a review in August of 2017 saying that several issues we had with our work were not completed as we had asked, but since that time we reached a satisfactory solution with Resolution Gardens and the work is completed. I was not able to change my prior review so I am amending it with this review."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Red-rock, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
