He arrived on schedule, efficiently tore down the old fence, hauled it away, set the new posts, and completed the installation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was great. Nick was considerate throughout the process. He was very mindful of our situation with dogs and made sure the fence was reinstalled promptly so there was minimal time where we couldn’t safely let them into the backyard. He also left the area clean and orderly once the work was complete. It looks Great. "It all started out good. They did a great job putting the steal post in. The gate is good but as it is stated in the contract we wanted 2 drop rods because it gets very windy here and it was important to us. They only put in one and it wasn't very deep in concrete. We complained and the guy came out slapped on the drop rod (not even with the other) but forgot his concrete drill and said he would be back. He never came back. We have texted and called many times. They are ignoring us. We haven't paid as we are waiting for them to finish the job. NO COMMUNICATION! Very disappointed. We just want the job done so we can pay and be done with this. Or they can give us 100 off the bill and we will go rent a concrete drill and try to finish their work."
