They're very busy so it takes longer to be scheduled but imo it's worth the wait."

The swing door was beyond repair. He made a new one by cutting down, reinforcing and adding hinges to a Home Depot panel that matched the existing fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. It even rained during the installation, and I was concerned that he would rush the job just to finish it, but he didn't. He took his time, and came back the next day to complete the job.
