"By appointment, Ric arrived on time and in his professional manner visually inspected all vents and duct work. He informed me that they were in need of being cleaned. I mentioned to Ric that in the hall bath and kitchen near the dishwasher, that the vents had never been cut in. I was notified by Ric, that when Ashlin and Jermey upon arrival would take care of cutting in new access point for those two vents. Jermey and Ashlin arrived at the appointed schedule time.They were very diligent and respectful of the new carpeting that we had installed in our home.
