The home that he installed the new fencing was a rental and we had to deal with multiple owners, which went very smooth. Also, the tenants complemented him as being very courteous and professional. "Josh and his crew did a great job of transforming a steep hill with small step stones used as steps to a beautiful set of concrete block and paver steps and landing area. The overall process went great with no problems and we worked together during the entire process to come up with a great design that we're thrilled with.
I also got an estimate for the same job from another landscaping company that has done a lot of work for me in the past but the estimate was outrageously high (I think the company was under new ownership) so I was looking for a new landscaping company to work with when I got a flyer from Backyard Innovations. So I took a bit of a chance and had them come out and their estimate was half of what the other guys had asked for. They did a great job and the final bill was exactly what he'd put in the estimate.
