As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I had Metropolitan do my house roof a year ago and thought they did such a great job, I decided to have them add a metal roof to my outbuilding/shop. My main reason for the metal was due to fallen needles and branches not easily sliding off the asphalt shingles. I was not disappointed in this companies' performance. They came in a little less expensive than other quotes, which pleased me. They removed the old asphalt shingles, cleaned up at end of every day, and was on the job from start to finish. Communication was very good from front office to the workers. Metropolitan utilizes a customer portal which explains scheduling and cost status during the job. I was very impressed with this type of communication. There was also plenty of phone calls and e-mails to maintain timely project status of issues and questions. Char, Jasmine, Zoe, & Richard were continuously on top of things and great to work with. I am very, very, very pleased with this companies' job and how the roof looks now."

"I am completely happy with the new roof. I found a list of shortcuts on the web that some roofers use and Stout did not do any of them. We requested four bids and Jake was the first to respond. All bids were close in price and about four weeks out. When we decided on Stout, Jake said they had an unexpected opening and could start the next day. The next day, a shingle supplier showed up at 8:00 sharp. Just as the supplier started packing up, a recycling-dumpster truck arrived. When that truck left, three roofers were on site and ready to go. As they were working, I emailed questions to Jake and he responded the next morning. The second day was cut short by rain, but the roofers sealed everything and there were no leaks. After they finished on the third day, I climbed on the roof and carefully inspected every detail. I found one shingle with a small tear that probably would not cause any problems. But I told Jake and his crew was back the next morning and replaced the shingle. All work appears to be very good quality."

"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. "I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."
