As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"Marlon the owner of MCS is outstanding to work with. No one likes to hear they need to have their roof replaced,. But we had 3 bids and they all said the roof could be repaired but it will be only a TEMPORARY fix. Eventually it will need to be replaced. MCS was by far the most Responsible bid. Check for yourself, you'll see. Marlon and his team members Erick and Reinel were the BEST you could ask for. They arrived about 8-9am and didn't leave until around 7pm.
