Tony showed up and provided a reasonable quote quickly as well as answering all my questions. He got to work with his crew a few days later and did an outstanding job with the tile and resurfacing! The pool looks sparkling and brand new. Tony and crew were punctual, professional and personable. They also cleaned up the pool area nicely and installed handrails. I highly recommend these pros for any pool work you may need--Tony and crew are a credit to their profession!! 5 Stars all the way."

"Julio and Layne did an amazing job. They are equal parts contractors and artists. I wasnt sure how it would translate from model to finished product, but it turned out exactly the way we wanted. I did some concrete work when I was young (definitely never a pool), just enough to know what good construction looks like, and know they did an amazing job. I work in the city and am very particular....so they sent me photos at every milestone so nothing would be and ;covered up; before I could see it. But the best part of the construction process for my family was how much you could tell they love their work. The whole crew showed up every day to work hard and have fun....they gel really well as a team and it was fun to watch."

Having dealt with poor contractors for 45 years, we feared the worst, but Chase handled everything seamlessly. He assessed the damage, adjusted the plan, and had the skilled crew to execute both repairs and high-quality finishes. The team was punctual, professional, and kept our home clean. Chase’s tile specialists did exceptional work—no metal edges, just beautifully mitered finishes. With the remodel being unexpected, we had to make quick decisions, but Anyvision’s designer and CAD renderings helped us visualize everything. Chase was onsite daily, keeping us informed with updates, photos, and videos. Challenges arose, but Chase managed them like a pro—offering smart design input, controlling costs, and maintaining quality. This was the best contractor experience we’ve had in the PNW. "Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"James Millions presented himself as a General Contractor that would take on the full project. We specifically told him we were looking for one contractor to fulfill every trade - even if that meant subcontracting out. In the end, that's not what happened. They sent us emails, "we don't have anyone to do that - sorry about that". Their communication was lacking - pretty much only email - a day or so later. Several times, they were on vacation and not reachable by us or their crew that was onsite. The site crew was fantastic. The site lead did everything he could to get the project completed, to best of his crew's ability. In the end, we had to manage the project by finding many other trades people to finish the job. What was supposed to be a small project, has been delayed because James' oversold his ability/desire to be the General Contractor of our job."

"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
