"After the early January/19 wind storm, a tree felt on my back yard. Altaview cut, removed, and cleaned the place in a very smoothly and professional way. During that job, we identified a problematic standing tree (80-90ft height) and after a further assessment, I decided to remove it to avoid any potential damage to the houses around. Based on the previous work, I trusted Altaview for this task. Once again, Altaview came and worked on the tree from top to bottom, removed all branches and debris, and left the place very clean. All crew followed properly the needed security protocols during the process and the operation run very smoothly! Altaview even helped me to remove some branches on other trees. I was impressed with Jose's knowledge on the trees health, job's planning as well its execution. So, I am planning to hire Altaview again in a few months to finish my trees maintenance!"

"Perfect. They did a great job. My hedges and trees definitely needed attention; everything was overgrown. They trimmed - some significant, some minor - every living green thing in my yard and cleaned up afterwards. They also did a few things (like fixed my fence) that was not part of the original estimate and at no extra cost. Great crew, very nice, very respectful. Fast, thorough work."

"I received a quick response and was schedule for the next day for the tree removal. This removal avoided any damage to the roof if it had continues to fall."

"Four men came in, put boards around our shed to protect it, down came the trees, trunks cut into 16 inch lengths and stacked, rhodys trimmed way down and shaped, about 5 stumps ground out, everything cleaned up, raked up and looking great in under two hours. Ammon was very good about letting know what was to be done and what was done! I really appreciated this work."

"I've used NW Arbor services several times over the last decade for complete yard cleanup and tree removal. I've always found their services excellent and reasonably priced. I can't imagine not using them for similar work in the future. Highly recommended."

"

Owner came by and did the cost estimate. Experienced and knowledgeable. Provided detailed list of trees to be removed and which limbs to be trimmed.

Crew came and did the cutting, then a crew came the next day and removed all debris.  Crews were punctual and completed when promised.  One pile of limbs was inadvertently left--they returned and picked them up the same day that I let them know..

"We first hired Juan and his team for hedge trimming and yard cleanup when we moved to Seattle, and they exceeded our expectations. Their work was so impressive that we brought them back for tree trimming, and most recently, to transform our front parkway, which was overrun with rocks and weeds. Each project has been handled with professionalism, care, and exceptional skill. Juan is always responsive, reliable, and completes the work on time. We’re already planning to hire them for future projects. Highly recommended!"

"The job was done well and quickly. However, they did scratch my house siding and fence. I believe they parked the chipper too close to the house, or maybe they were moving pieces that were too big. I called the owner and let him know, he was willing to work with me in finding a solution to the problem."

"Highly recommend. Mike gives sound advice about what tree's need to be trimmed or taken out. He gave me options to save money, if desired, too. Great customer service and pleasant transaction. Very fair price was the added bonus. My new "go to" tree service."
