"Udi and his team are awesome, extremely professional, did a beautiful job on my roof. They were on time every day, cleaned up their construction debris every single day, took great care in the interior and exterior repairs, and asked questions along the way to make sure I was 100% happy. Udi is very good at explaining the options and making recommendations. They are licensed, they have all the legally required insurance and they use standard California contracts. They fixed our clay tile roof and our flat roof. It was very easy working with them. I highly recommend Udi and his team for any kind of roof repairs."

"I have known Steve for almost 20 years so I was already aware of his outstanding work ethic and commitment to his craft. What I didn’t know until AGL did a complete relay of our tile roof was how fair he was, as well. Although I did know him, out of prudence, we had other companies provide bids. Steve’s proposal not only was the most concise, it was also the clearest and easiest to understand. When I called him to ask questions, he was patient and fully explained the answers to me. After also speaking to the other companies, it was an easy call to go with Steve and AGL. While he used superior materials and the latest techniques, he was also the lowest bidder. The actual work took a full week and there was no disappointment here. The crew of five that did the work were conscientious and seemed to really know what they were doing. They cleaned up at the end of every day and bent over backwards to accommodate us. That should have been no surprise as It turns out that, incredibly, the crew had worked together for 15 years and a couple had been with AGL for 20. Steve stopped by almost every day to check on progress and further explain things to us. This is when discovered his fairness. When the inevitable issues arose and some changes to the proposal were necessary, Steve did not take advantage of situation and soak us but charged a fair price. In one case he just included it in the original price. My wife and I are quite pleased and we would highly recommend that you use AGL Roof Co. should you need to replace your roof, as we did. A neighbor who saw AGL working on our house is also planning to use them. He got other bids, as well. His friend that is retired from the roofing industry told him it AGL’s was the most detailed proposal that he had ever seen."

"I was looking into replacing my 20+ yrs tile roof to the Tesla solar roof but after months of waiting (I pre-ordered the solar roof and it was stuck at the design phase), Tesla told me that they no longer serve my area and refunded me the money. As I was looking for an alternative, I came across GAF's solar shingles and I was very interested in them. Guardian Roofs is GAF's certified installer in SoCal area. Larry from Guardian Roofs reached out to me within a day after I filled out the "Request for a Quote" form on GAF's website. Told me about their company and we chatted about my needs for the new roof and solar system. Within the next few days, he sent me a proposal, explained every single detail to me carefully and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He truly enjoy working with Larry because he would find out the answers for any questions he wasn't able to answer on the call and actually called me back and explained them to me thoroughly. I called/emailed six roofing companies/contractors, only four responded within the first week with a quote. The quote from Guardian Roofs was the second lowest (cheaper than Tesla's solar roof). The other three quotes were traditional solar panels and reroof using the existing tiles. I quickly decided to go Guardian Roof's quote not only it's much cheaper than Tesla's solar roof, but their panels also looked much nicer than the traditional ones. My only concern was that without the space between the rack and roof, how would the heat generated by the panels being released? I asked Larry this question and he explained to me but I didn't quite understand, so I asked the owner, Justin, the same question during the installation and he explained to me by showing me the actual products. Turned out the combination of the underlaying sheet, GAF's Timberline Shingles and the actual panels were playing a big part in handling the heat. The installation took a week to complete. I'm very pleased that the owner himself actually came out a couple of days and climbed on the roof to make sure everything was done correctly. He was also there to answer all of my questions about the job. Additionally, GAF sent a technician from the San Jose headquarter to oversee the installation of the panels. Not the mention William (the lead installer from Guardian Roofs) and his crew did a great job cleaning up the area after the job was completed."

"We used them to replace the roof on our 1960 craftsman house. They needed to remove 5 layers of roofing, install new plywood, call for inspection and Install new shingles. They got all of that done in 7 days. They pulled the permit for me, I didn't have to go to the city or anything and they passed all inspections on the first try."

"I highly recommend working with 4 Season Remodeling & design. Our remodeling project included a complete kitchen remodeling, the removal of a wall, the removal and installation of new floors throughout the entire house, the replacement of the electrical rewiring, and several other upgrades to our old flip house. Jacob and his team transformed the house into a stunning modern lovely place. Our old and ancient kitchen is now so beautiful, and we love using it and spend a lot of time cooking in it! we were continually impressed by the high quality of the work they did. The remodeling project was finished on time even though we had few numbers of difficulties along the work. All the workers came to work on time and were also very polite. "Carl had been highly recommended to me by a friend who lives on the west side, and was one of five roofers who came to the house to give me an estimate. Carl was not only thorough in his assessment of my leaky roof, but even spent time walking down the block with me to point out and discuss various options in roofing materials and styles. (I went with the Timberline Reflector Series shingles). Carl's bid was emailed within the week and he followed it up with a call to see if I had any questions. As a couple of the previous bids I had gotten were lower, he was more than willing to do a line by line comparison with me, and to explain what each item meant and what services would be provided. I additionally went over all the bids with my cousin, who is a contractor and had recommended another roofer to me (who also gave me a bid on the job). We concluded that Carl understood exactly what needed to be done and was offering the best possible solutions for my problematic roof; not at the lowest price, but not the highest either. As it turned out, his crew had to tear off three existing roofs instead of the two we were expecting, which raised the price slightly, but Carl was upfront every step of the way about the price and what needed to happen, and they still finished the job within the 2 week time frame he had originally promised. No matter how you slice it, tearing off roofs down to the studs and installing all new plywood and shingles is a dirty, noisy, invasive job, but Carl's team worked efficiently, were very careful around the plants & shrubbery, and left the job site neat and clean each day. They also went the extra mile around the chimney and dormer windows, installing metal sheeting under the wood siding to ensure extra protection, and replacing and/or repairing any damaged boards. Carl was on the roof every day checking the work, and was always available by phone if I had any questions. He even stopped by one weekend in the middle of the job when it was starting to mist to make sure everything was properly covered, and had a couple guys from his crew come by as well. I can't recommend Carl and his team highly enough; they did an excellent job, were friendly and professional, and my roof is not only beautiful, but within days of being completed it withstood a torrential downpour without one issue. I couldn't be happier!"
