"I contracted with Andrew King of Imperial Landscapes to do a major landscape project in my back yard this summer. Other than rain delays, which was no fault of his, I am extremely pleased with the end result. The project included a dry creek bed to help with drainage, the removal of 7 trees, re-grading the property to direct water into the creek bed, sod, and a new fence. The neighbor behind had a tree growing right on the fence line that needed to be removed. Andrew went over and talked with him about removing the tree and grinding the stump to which he agreed. I paid for the fence and the tree removal. All equipment access was through my property so that the neighbor's property would not be impacted. The fence was 18 years old and was the original so it needed to be replaced. Of the three estimates I got before hiring Andrew, he was the only one who seemed to really catch a vision of what I wanted to do. He listened, made suggestions and he and his crew put in long hours to transform a backyard with too many trees, no grass, and standing water into a backyard I can be proud of. Andrew took great care in bringing his equipment in without leaving much of any footprint. The crew cleaned up everyday. I found Andrew to be conscientious about doing the job well and wanting me to be pleased with the end result. He knows landscaping and is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a professional who is experienced and knowledgeable. He will work tirelessly to please his customers.
