"Sam was great! Highly recommend."

"Always on time. Called or texted letting me know that he would be at my home in one hour. He was right on time. He lath and plastered an area on the side of my garage. He also fixed a floor transfer in my entry way. Juan was fantastic, I will always call him for any repairs and other projects I have coming up later this year."

Friendly and honest work well with others and I'm a hard worker.

"We hired Handyman Sam to paint the fascia around our house. He quickly found some rot, and recommended we get that repaired. He coordinated with a roofer to peel back part of our roof to replace some beams & fascia. They did a great job, and added some drip edges so water damage would not occur again. Then they painted, making sure we liked the samples first. All in all, a great job, lots of communication, done when he said it would be, and he treated his guys well. Definitely would recommend him."

"Professional and quick. Contacted me to let me early arrival if possible. Clean work and safe."

"Daniel did a wonderful job with all that I asked of him. The work I had him complete included: interior painting, door frame repair, deck maintenance, and an entertainment center installation. I have already rescheduled Daniel to return for additional work and I feel I have found a reliable handyman for future projects."

"Mike did a beautiful job on repairing the cabinet door that was split lengthwise. He put it back together and reattached it to the cabinet. The quality was excellent. I also had an old wooden chair that had a split seat. He put it together and it seems to be good. I needed a counter tile replaced and he went out and found a similar tile and grouted it in. Very nice job. Thank you!"

"Replaced a garbage disposal and repaired several cabinet doors. They did a great job. I will use them again the next time I need a handyman."

"I would highly recommend GM Construction! Jose was very punctual! He listened and guided us with best interest at heart! He takes his time completing a task so you know it will be done the right way the first time! He’s definitely on my list for my projects and referrals for my friends and family!"
