I had asked a few other contractors for quotes but they were all jacks of all trades but masters of none. Bob King is a master at concrete. He specializes in concrete and brick work. Bob is the owner and boss. But he works on site with his team and make sure the job is done right. Prices are reasonable too. Very happy with his service and ease to work with."

"From the initial phone call to the completion of the job Quality 1st provided top notch professional service. A couple points which makes this easy to write. Communication is key whether in person or via telephone and Q1 was exceptional in this regard at every point. Telephone conversations with customer services was pleasant and cordial, never rushed or snotty. Paul our salesman was here for quite a while answering questions and assessing our needs in the basement. Of only was he on time for our appointment he was about 10 minutes early too. The cost of this project was a good chunk of change for us but after too many times of shop-vac’ing water we knew it was time to bite the bullet and move forward with making life a little easier and not have the issue of when will we get water in the basement again hanging over our heads. I was impressed that Quality 1st uses their own products and has their own R&D facilities. As for the installation, enough cannot be said for the crew that was here. I got the call at 9am they would be here in 20 minutes and at 9:20 they were backing in my driveway. I met the foreman Mario and his 2 helpers. We went into the basement and they looked around and asked if I had any questions. We had almost everything out of the basement and what was left they covered in plastic. By 9:50am they were running the jackhammers. We have a 1,500 sqft ranch and these guys worked all day, they didn’t stop and worked their tails off. I can’t remember exactly when the jackhammer stopped but by 2 pm the channel was dug out and they were beginning to lay out for the channel that carries the water to the sump. About 4pm Kyle showed up to assess the job and see if I had any questions or concerns. We spoke about the job and we went downstairs to see the progress. He stayed on site for about 45 minutes after making sure I was comfortable with how the job was going. By 5:15 or so the job was completely finished. Before they left Mario went over everything regarding the sump system. As far as cleanup, this is a dusty job. Concrete dust is ultra fine and they did a fantastic job of not only sweeping but they also dusted off areas which were not covered in plastic. They left no mess to speak of., I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. It’s easy to nitpick any job at anytime and there is nothing I would call them out on. Finally as for the functionality of the sump system I wish I had a comment on that at this time. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and until around Thanksgiving of this year (2018) we’ve only had water about 4 times. Between Thanksgiving (2018) and New Years (2019) we got slammed 4 times and nothing since. With the symptoms of how our basement got water, I feel comfortable with the system Quality 1st installed and am confident they will stand behind their work and warranty. We’re also happy this is transferable to the next homeowner when we sell the house and it is an excellent selling point when the time comes."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"I have dealt with a lot of contractors and ever since using DM last year to do my master bathroom and bedrooms I will never use anyone else. This years project was to install a drywell and drainage system throughout my entire backyard then when this was complete DM formed and poured concrete up both sides of the house and across the backyard. Upon completion of the concrete UNILOCK pavers were installed. During the whole process Dan was on the job numerous times a day and answered text messages and phone calls whenever I needed to reach him there's no one better. Even when we picked a joint sand that could only be picked up in upstate New York or have a 1 week wait Dan sent his guy on his penny up to get the joint sand so it could be installed and the job be finished for the start of the summer season as promised."

"A Window well filled up with water then came through the window seal into the unfinished basement. We scheduled an appointment with Them for the following week. On the appointment date, Anthony conducted inspection of problem walked around the home & examined the problem window well and basement wall. We recently had the job done. We were amazed watching them work. They did a beautiful job in a very very tight space (see pics) They cleaned up the area when finished. We are very satisfied with the process.
