Joseph Del Grosso, the owner, delivered an excellent, pressure-free presentation on the Home Guard Innovations Patio Sliding Glass Doors. True to his word, the final price matched the quote, and Joseph confidently guaranteed top-quality workmanship, materials, and skilled installers. Our three balcony sliding glass doors, which were originally installed in 1984, were replaced with new ones. Installation began on July 27th, 2025, with Joseph’s installers, Shayne and Jerry, arriving on time and clearly explaining the process. "I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
