Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated.
