"We had two areas where we needed vinyl siding repair. One was melted, burnt siding by the entryway and the other was wind damage at the top of the side of our house. Most people who came out to give estimates would only do total siding replacement, usually between 15-20K. We were only interested in repairs. They gave us an estimate higher than I was expecting, but still within our budget. After payment of 1/3 of the cost, they gave me a two week window when they would have a crew out. Their crew arrived after 2 days. My only compaint was that I didn't receive a call beforehand, so I could ensure I was home. Since they didn't have the right siding to exactly match my old stuff, they only did the entryway, and looked good with a slightly different shape. Since the wind-damaged siding needed to match exactly, they had to special-order it since its an old model. They refused to let me pay for the first half of the job. After about 3 weeks, they called and said they had the siding in. The next day, they came out and installed it. Wow, they did a great job! you cannot tell where the repair was. There is no difference between the new and old stuff. I was very impressed and very happy. The only reason I didn't give an excellent for overall was because they should have had the right stuff the first time and not need to come back. This is an organizational issue and in no way reflected on the outstanding professionalism and quality work of their siding crew. I will definitely use Bachman again for any future roofing/siding/gutter work I need."
