"The pantry in the kitchen used to be an exit out of the back of the house. It was half-assed renovated. My beloved Rich, who has done a number of projects for me, came in. Tore out the ceiling finding that above the ceiling was somewhat open to the elements - skeletal remains of birds, mice, lots of leaves all hanging over our pantry food. Rich re-vented the closet, cleaned out the toxic stuff, replaced the ceiling and then built out a new pantry with enough shelf space for everything I needed. Rich always talks to you first to make sure he understands what you want and he offers great suggestions for the best way to do things. During the project he becomes one with it and in this case spent a lot of time talking to the closet as he did the work. It is perfect.. And exactly what I wanted and needed.
