"The first appointment I was called and it was cancelled because they ran over on another job. no problem we rescheduled for the next week. On the date of the rescheduled appointment I called Jason when no one arrived at the agreed upon time noon. I had given up on them and was getting ready to leave the house when there was a knock on the door. It was now 12:35pm. I asked if he was staying until 2:35 and he said yes. He also indicated that for $45 per hour he could stay longer. I went over what I needed that I had spoken with Jason about. The gentleman that came was very nice and courteous but could not perform most of the tasks that I really wanted done. I wanted valves replaced at sinks and toilets. I had purchased everything that was needed but he did not have the tools necessary to remove the old valves. I have a leak in my garage but cannot get on my roof. Jason indicated that he does roofing repair and could take a look and repair based on what was needed. This gentleman did get on the roof and described to me the problem but could not make a repair. I was lucky that I had prepared a litany of smaller jobs which I could have done but would have the Handyman do if he finished the bigger tasks. I was upset that no one called to say they would be late. when the man got there he could not perform most of the tasks I had discussed with Jason. If I had not been proactive to ensure other tasks were available to be completed it would have been a complete waste of $99."
