I signed off on it just to get the work scheduled before winter, but then felt completely ripped off when two guys were on my roof less than 2 hours with a tube of sealant for that price. I requested a phone call to understand whether it was a fair price, and whether they charge all of their customers a similar hourly rate, and never got a call backâ ¦ over and over, I left several messages. They refused to return my calls or emails. I ultimately just paid the invoice, but feel completely taken advantage of. This company clearly doesnâ t care about their customers at all."
