Ramiro the owner answered my request on Sunday, came out to scope the project on Monday, and had it done by Wednesday! That’s kind of unheard of these days for landscape projects. Ramiro and his team were so nice, so efficient, and didn’t damage any of my landscaping in the process. Price was very fair and the result was just what I was looking for. "The preparation work was done properly. Overall, the concrete work was very good, but a few spots could have had a better finish (concrete retaining wall surface was not completely textured). The pads had to be perfectly level and not sloped for structures, and this was done correctly. The only concern is the less than consistent communications with the project coordinator. It took several calls to their office manager to get the project leader to either contact me or set up the workers for my site. There was also a delay from finishing the prep work and the start of pouring because another job had priority over mine. The job took longer than planned, and the crew had to work late into one evening to finish the installation. Clean up was performed the next day. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, and the price was reasonable."

"Pure Magic!! That’s how they handled my new wrought iron fence installation. They built a custom jig so they could bend the rails to match the radius of the sidewalk on my corner lot. All the posts and rails are perfectly straight and level with self closing gates too. "I needed a crumbling rock retaining wall replaced with a new keystone block retaining wall. The project was 220 linear feet long by 2 ft high. This was a big project. MagicScape came in with an estimate that was a good $1000 less than my other contractor estimates. From the day the contract was signed until final work approval was only 3 days. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. They went above and beyond my expectations.
