"They showed up within their ETA window, cleaned the roof, treated it for moss, cleaned up and left with no drama. Exactly what I was looking for. They aren't a roofing company, so no lectures about the condition of my roof and no upsell for roof repairs or roofing products."

"I have hired TBS Maintenance for over 25 years. Originally, I used the company to clean the white carpets and rugs in our 4,000-square-foot home. Their work was so outstanding that in 2009, I began hiring them annually to clean my business office as well. Our 2,000-square-foot office saw constant foot traffic from general and skilled laborers—many of whom came straight from construction sites. Despite the heavy wear on the carpets, stairs, and upholstered chairs, TBS consistently made everything look brand new. TBS is incredibly proficient and knowledgeable about all things related to carpets and materials. They provide honest assessments up front. Carpets were never oversaturated, always dried in a reasonable time, and furniture that couldn’t be moved was handled with care. Stan Brown was present at every job, either working hands-on or supervising his team. He’s punctual, professional, and always honored his quotes. I wholeheartedly recommend TBS Maintenance."

"He was professional and honest about the job. My carpets looked great after he was finished."

"I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of service from Clover Carpet Cleaning cleaning. My rugs and carpets look fresher than they have in years! I highly recommend Clover Carpet Cleaning service to anyone looking for reliable and detailed carpet cleaning."

"I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get a time scheduled within the week. Due to an unexpected medical appt., I had to call back to reschedule. Once again, he was able to get a convenient appt time right away. I have used All Pro for years. Rob always arrives right on time. He checks with me to see if I know of any problem areas, then checks for any spots and pre-treats them. He is very careful not to let his equipment cause any damage to your house by using corner protectors. He also puts styrofoam blocks under any wood chair legs to keep any stain from transferring to the carpet. His price is very fair and my carpets always turn out great. I just don't even think of using another company.

"Carpet cleaning went smoothly, done in 2-3 hours."

"This is the third time that we have used Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW, and we are always thrilled with results of the carpet cleaning. We are now regular customers! This particular time, we took advantage of a deal that Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW offered because they were introducing a new process called dry steam, an advanced carpet cleaning system. We were quite intrigued, because the process would allow carpets to dry within an hour, since a mechanical water extraction system would remove 95% of moisture. We were also appreciative that a non-toxic chemical and softened water would be used for cleaning. I first want to mention that scheduling the appointment was one of the best I have experienced for any service provider. I submitted a request for scheduling on their website, and was called almost immediately! I scheduled the service date, and immediately received an email confirming the date. I also received reminders. Bjorn was on time, as always, and very friendly and professional, as always. We are so appreciative that our carpets look like new after the service, and this time they were dry so much faster than we have ever experienced. Certainly, ask Bjorn about this new process; it is worth it! They backed the process with 100% guarantee that we would be satisfied, and we are more than satisfied."

"Petru is communicative, helpful, and always does an amazing job at our schools. Our schools are cleaned each night and deep cleaned twice a week, but the floor waxing and carpet cleanings make a huge difference still!"

"Great! We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet because of all the stains. They got almost all the stains out. Our carpet looks great, feels softer and smell good."

"He left my carpet shiny after it had stains I really love his work"
