"Diamond Roofing changed my roof from cedar to asphalt. They did a great job, providing constant updates over several days, as we needed full plywood decking installed. They were the only quote that didn't skimp on materials, as most wanted to avoid perimeter water shield and use no-caulk pipe boots. I trust that I have a roof that will last for years to come."

"I have nothing but great things to say about Sam and his teams. They recently completed a challenging roof project for our property and from start to finish (bidding thru clean up) they did a great job. Communication was clear and timely, workers were friendly and thorough, they managed unexpected challenges well and completed the work on schedule. This is not the experience I’ve had with other roofing companies, so I highly recommend Sam and Forever Roofing."

"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"We had a full assessment of our damaged roof, discussed in detail the various courses of action to repair the roof to our expectations, and felt very confident that we would be satisfied with the result. Our expectations were more than we ever expected. The products, workmanship, and competence of all members of the work team could not have been better. We were kept informed during all phases of work and we are totally satisfied with the final product."

"The company sent before and after pictures of the work and was very thorough on what work needed to be performed. They have scheduled the larger roof work for a day without rain since a temporary fix is in place."

"We hired Kirkland Roofing Company to completely rebuild our deck, and we’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. Our old deck was in pretty rough condition and needed much more than just a few repairs. They walked us through what needed to be replaced, explained our options, and were very clear about the work and pricing before getting started. The crew removed the old deck, rebuilt everything properly, and paid attention to the small details throughout the project. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area organized, and communicated with us throughout the entire rebuild. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were easy to work with and made sure we were happy with everything. The finished deck looks amazing and feels completely solid. You can really see the difference in the quality of the workmanship. It completely changed our backyard and gave us a space we can actually enjoy again. Overall, we had a great experience and would"

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"Hector was responsive, communicative and flexible in creating an estimate for our deck repairs. I had contacted at least 15 other contractors before I found Express Roofing & Remodelingâ 8 agreed to come look at the job and provide an estimate, 4 actually came out to our house and none followed through with an estimate. Hector was so quick! Once we accepted the estimate, he was able to start within a week. Our deck repairs were complex and surgical in nature, including replacing a failing footing supporting a two-level deck. Hector checked in with me daily through the work. He has immense knowledge and I would trust him to do anything in/on our home. On top of it all, Hector asked that we pay in full once the job was complete. We are very happy with the final product and am so glad we found Express Roofing & Remodeling. In a world where finding a contractor is a part-time job, make your life easy and contact Hector!"
