"The move went exceptionally well.  Email and phone communication prior to the move was responsive and professional.  We had a written estimate of costs prior to booking the move.  They were flexible with dates, and had a liberal "change date" policy without penalty (with sufficient advance notice).  The movers called the morning of the move and told us they would be about 15 minutes late due to organizing the truck.  I appreciated the call.  They arrived exactly when promised and got to work.  3 movers worked on our house and were professional, organized, and hard-working.  Once they - and the truck - arrived at the new house, they got right to work unpacking.  They were thoughtful and organized on the move-in.  We had a couple challenging pieces of furniture to get into the basement, and they were creative and determined to get the pieces in place.  In the end, the move (including travel time from Ballard to West Seattle) took less time than the estimate, and we were charged less accordingly.  Everyone was professional, cheerful, fun, and hard working, and made our day easy and smooth!

"We had engaged Super Friends for an in-state relocation move coming up in mid-December, so they were the first people we contacted for help with some pieces we were selling that were way too big for us to deal with.  We couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome.  Movers Michael and Eric were professional, efficient and diligent (not to mention amazingly strong!).  They were courteous and communicative in letting us know in advance when they would be arriving and making sure they were interpreting our requests correctly.  They completed the tasks with minimal instruction, extreme care, and great attitudes.  After the experience with Michael and Eric we feel we absolutely made the right decision in engaging Super Friends and are actually looking forward to the Big Move this month.

"We had a difficult move with some large, heavy pieces. John estimated our move at 7 hrs, but the team of 4 got it done in 5. They were friendly, respectful of our furniture and protected our floors using runners and booties. They also followed Covid precautions by properly wearing masks. This is a great moving company. Although I hope we donâ t have to move again ever, because it is exhausting, if we do we will be calling Simba!"
