"Sean is awesome came in the first time to fix our slider which was really hard to open and close so he replaced the track. Couple weeks later came back to replace the rollers but only charged for the parts, that fixed the hard sliding but then it started making a popping noise when you would open and close it. Called Sean and he came out within days of me calling. Took it off the track and worked his magic. Now the slider can be opened with one finger and is whisper quiet. I’m also in the trades and I know how hard it is to go back to the same repair multiple times but Sean is very professional and honest and puts the customer first and totally stands by their 1 year warranty, I’ve heard of other companies that will lie or make excuses to charge for every visit so they can make their “revenue”. For any repairs or upgrades for our doors or windows I will definitely call Sean at Washington Door Service."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "My original garage door install was done very poorly and had lots of components hanging down way lower than they needed to (right at face level). My initial thought for fixing this was to switch to a wall-mount jackshaft opener but I found out after talking to several contractors that this is not an option in my case because of the low-headroom track that was used. Jonathan was the only contractor that actually offered other options for increasing headroom. After talking to a couple others, his bid for doing this work was very reasonable. He was able to come out promptly and get things moved around so that the door track and opener where the lowest points (which is how it should have been done in the first place). Would definitely recommend for reasonably-priced quality work."
