"I wish there were 6 stars for extra credit! Our door was kicked in on 10/22. Lloyd responded early 10/23 to make sure property was secure. 10/24 Sean arrived at 8:30AM and stayed the entire day installing a new storm door, new exterior door, and new locks and reinforcements on all doors. We live in a 70 year old house, nothing is level or easy but you wouldn't know that by the workmanship and quality of the finished job. Sean completed the entire job in one day, cleaned up leaving no trace of being here, and left us feeling incredibly safe and secure with our new doors. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Completely fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Sean!"

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! This was a large job and they were punctual, professional and really proficient at thier job. The only downside is they were a bit expensive, but we felt they were worth it when we saw the results."

"My original garage door install was done very poorly and had lots of components hanging down way lower than they needed to (right at face level). My initial thought for fixing this was to switch to a wall-mount jackshaft opener but I found out after talking to several contractors that this is not an option in my case because of the low-headroom track that was used. Jonathan was the only contractor that actually offered other options for increasing headroom. After talking to a couple others, his bid for doing this work was very reasonable. He was able to come out promptly and get things moved around so that the door track and opener where the lowest points (which is how it should have been done in the first place). Would definitely recommend for reasonably-priced quality work."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
