They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). The showed up on time, did excellent work and even charged me slightly LESS than the original bid because they ended up not needing to install a pump for the condenser."

"The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."
