They also removed several bushes and planted new bushes and some roses. They were very expert in their work. They charged me a very competitive price, and the work was done in one day. Thank you!"

"Ken the owner could see I was working with a budget but was looking to get a certain amount done - it was like he could discern things and wanted to show me he was empathetic to how much I needed the work done and he did the math in his head and gave me a bid that was clear he was cutting me a break. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
