They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. We had a last minute decision to get a separate work done on the garage with another contractor after signing the contract with LHR. LHR was flexible with us and agreed to finish the main house per schedule and they will return to install the roof on the garage when we are ready.
