They replaced our damaged and old ceilings (we bought a condo in Boston built in the late 1800s and his team was able to handle all the unexpected challenges) and also painted our ceilings, walls and trims. From the start, Erick communicated every thing to me on what the work would entail, what could be done/ what couldn’t, his advice based off his experience… extremely trustworthy and not trying to be salesy at all. He also was very patient in all the questions I had and was able to explain everything in terms I would understand (as I am a first time home buyer). 2. The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. He was very kind, patient, understanding, timely with replies, and always followed through with his word. He actually restored my faith that there are honest contractors out there. His quote was more than fair, and his team traveled like 2, 2.5 hours for the job. His guys were always on time, very personable, and professional. They also went above and beyond by painting the walls, even though that wasn't part of the quote. Overall, Derek & his team are very trustworthy, reliable, fair, and all around kind.
