Replaced garage door sensors. He also repaired both of my toilets and the water connection to the cast iron was rusted out from the main Junction up to the toilet. He was able to cut off the cast iron put a boot on replaced with PVC and a timely and cost-effective manner. He repaired the flowing around the toilet and wax ring."

I wound up only having to replace a dozen or so boards and paint to cover the space... they saved me thousands and my deck looks brand new...
