"The company did an excellent job. The owner visited our home with samples and pictures, and discussed different options regarding materials and finishes. He measured the area to be fenced in, and prepared estimates for different material options. When the marked utility wires indicated a change in the configuration was needed, he returned to discuss possible changes. The crew that came to install did a very professional job, asking me to approve a slight revision in the fence's line before proceeding. They cut down quite a bit of brush in order to install the wooden fence, and even hauled it all away, even though we expected to be doing that ourselves. <br />"

I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. "My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Excellent electrical work--really knew what he was doing. Jim also replaced/repaired some drywall for both areas where the electrical work was done and was able to match the existing wall texture better than I thought anyone would be able to do. "After receiving estimates from three local contractors, we decided to go with AMB. They were not the cheapest quote, but I liked the personal touch that Charlie, one of their job managers, was able to provide. He came to write up the estimate at night, when I could be present to talk to him. The other two estimates I received were done at the contractor's convenience, and were left in my front door.  <br /> The work started when they said it would and they were done with the roofing within 1.5 days, and the gutters came a few days later. At one point of the job, the crew had run into rotted sheeting caused by improper insulation installation, and Charlie called me at work to come take a look at the problem before they proceeded to fix it. I really appreciated this, since I was actually able to see the problem that required repair,  rather than just taking their word for it and forking over an additional $1k when the job was over for a problem I never got to see.  <br /> The crew cleaned up around the house very well - I still find small bits of shingle while landscaping, but this is probably unavoidable with any roofing job. The gutter install went smoothly, and I am very happy with my new oversized downspouts (no more cleaning out clogs).  <br /> Overall, I am very happy with the work AMB did on our house, and would hire them in the future for any other renovations that come up. <br />"

"We had a few hiccups along the way. The gutter is high quality and is deep enough to handle a lot of rain coming off a steep roof. It also was just deep enough to cause an every so slight barrier to opening the front door. this was resolved by using a diverter over the front stoop. When this was installed, it worked fine, but was not "centered" over the front door, so it drove me nuts every time I looked at it. In both cases, All Exteriors worked with me to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. I thank Lindsey, Al and Ron for demonstrating integrity in the business they operate. Finding providers, businesses and organizations that do what they say they will is getting to be a rare trait and I will use them again for other home improvement projects. They have shown they are problem solvers."
